Your style adventure begins by filling out a quick In-take Form followed by a free 30 minute phone conversation with Jen Young of Forever Styled. This open dialogue will confirm if we can further assist you with your wardrobe challenges.
Once we determine you are ready to dive in, you will offer more comprehensive insight for our team by filling out our New Client Questionnaire to discover what course of action we will take together.
A written plan of action tailored to your needs is then presented to you based on your desired outcomes from our initial exploratory conversation, New Client Questionnaire results, and the uploaded images {capturing the state of your closet or items from your wardrobe you need help virtually styling} you will have provided.
A mutually beneficial contract will be signed upon approval and followed by scheduling your first appointment. 50% will be due upon acceptance of your proposal and the remaining balance due upon the date of your service{s} rendered. Check, Cash, Credit Card and Paypal are all accepted.
